Description of Services

SkillBloom provides online gaming coaching services connecting players with experienced coaches for:

• One-on-one coaching sessions
• Group training sessions
• Replay analysis and feedback
• Strategic guidance and skill development

User Responsibilities

As a user of SkillBloom, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Treat coaches and other users with respect
• Attend scheduled sessions on time
• Not share account credentials with others
• Use the platform only for its intended purposes

Payment and Refunds

Payment is required before coaching sessions. Refunds may be available in certain circumstances, such as coach cancellation or technical issues. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

Limitation of Liability

SkillBloom shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee specific results from coaching sessions.
